E-mail becomes a ticket
Every mail to the support address opens a ticket with the right priority; no request is lost in an inbox.
Our engineers wrote these products to run our own support desk, our clients’ gates and their notices. Now they are available to you.
Years of running IT for other organisations taught us where the repetitive work is: logging requests, checking device health, registering visitors, sending the same notice to hundreds of people. Our products do that work, so engineers and staff spend their time on what needs a person.
OneDesk for the help desk, GatePass VMS for the gate, AVGN Connect for WhatsApp notices — plus the OneDesk Remote Tool, ready to download.
OneDesk is the IT service-management platform behind AVGN’s own support desk: tickets, assets, live device health and reports, in one place and in your language.
Requests sent by chat and phone are forgotten, repeated and impossible to report on. OneDesk replaces the guess with a screen.
Every mail to the support address opens a ticket with the right priority; no request is lost in an inbox.
Users follow their ticket from raised to closed and rate the fix at the end.
PCs and servers send their hardware, health and security to-do list by themselves.
Missing updates and weak settings become a to-do list, with a health report for management.
The SLA clock pauses outside working hours, so nobody is judged on a closed night.
What you own, where it is, what state it is in, and when the warranty and licences expire.
The engineer connects with a one-time session code you enter; you watch and can end it any time.
Tickets, devices and health, by location and by month.
The screens are available in English and Indian languages, and switch instantly.
Your organisation, locations, users and the support address are created; the device agent is installed on PCs and servers.
A user e-mails or messages; a ticket opens with a priority.
The engineer picks it up; the user is told who is on it; remote session or visit as needed.
The user confirms and rates; the history stays.
Monthly, management receives the picture: tickets, device health, what to fix next.
Example. a school group with four campuses puts OneDesk in front of its two-person IT team. Teachers e-mail one address; each mail becomes a ticket and they follow it on WhatsApp. Every staff-room PC reports in, so the team sees that one campus has forty machines a year behind on updates and fixes them over a week. The principal’s monthly report shows tickets by campus and device health, in a language the principal chooses.
Who it is for. Organisations with an IT team of one to ten people and 50 to 2,000 devices: school and college groups, hospitals, hotel groups, manufacturers with several sites, real-estate developers, and IT service providers who want to run their own desk on it. AVGN’s managed IT clients use it by default.
No. They e-mail or message the way they do today. The ticket, the tracking and the rating come to them on WhatsApp.
It is a small background service that reports hardware, health and the security to-do list. It is not remote control; a remote session happens only when the user enters a code.
Yes. Your own IT team can run OneDesk for your organisation; AVGN provides the platform and support for it.
GatePass VMS takes a visitor from the invitation on WhatsApp to the printed pass at the gate, with the host approving in one tap and every entry on record.
A paper register is illegible, unsearchable and tells nobody that a visitor is waiting. GatePass VMS replaces the register with a record and the phone call with a tap.
The host invites; the visitor receives the details and a QR code before arriving.
The guard registers a walk-in; the host approves from WhatsApp.
A photo is captured at the gate and appears on the pass.
Designed in the pass designer to carry your logo and the fields you need.
Vehicle numbers logged against the visitor; contractors and their workers handled as a group.
A list for an event day or a delegation, checked in quickly.
A screen built for a guard: large buttons, few steps, works in bright light.
Who came, whom they met, how long they stayed, by day and by gate.
Screens for guards and hosts in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Gates, hosts, departments, the pass design and the check-in fields your site needs.
The host pre-registers on the phone, or the guard registers a walk-in at the gate.
The host taps once on WhatsApp; the guard sees the approval.
Photo, ID details if required, vehicle number; the pass prints or shows as a QR code.
Exit is recorded; the day’s register is ready without anyone typing it up.
Example. a manufacturing unit in Taloja MIDC installs GatePass VMS at two gates on tablets. Suppliers are invited on WhatsApp a day earlier and arrive with a QR code; walk-in candidates are registered by the guard and approved by HR from their phones; contractor gangs are checked in as a group with their vehicle. The plant head sees who is on site at any moment. The guards learned it in an afternoon.
Who it is for. Factories and warehouses, corporate offices, IT parks, schools and colleges, hospitals, hotels, housing societies, and event venues. Any site with a gate, a register and a guard.
No. The invitation and the QR code arrive on WhatsApp; the visitor shows the code at the gate.
Yes. Approval is a single tap on the WhatsApp message.
The gate tablet needs a connection to sync passes and approvals. Tell us about the site and we will advise on the connection to use.
AVGN Connect sends your notices, reminders and alerts to lists of people on WhatsApp, and shows you who received each one.
Notices sent from a personal phone reach whoever happens to be in a group and cannot be proven delivered. AVGN Connect shows that the fee reminder or the shutdown notice reached each person, and lets you show it.
Groups of recipients you manage: by class, by wing, by department, by customer type.
One message to a whole list, with attachments where WhatsApp allows.
Per recipient, per campaign: sent, delivered, not delivered.
What was sent, to whom, when, and how it was received.
Recipients receive a message from your organisation; they do not see each other.
Your organisation’s sending number and the first recipient lists.
The message, any attachment, and the list.
The broadcast goes out; delivery status appears per person.
Undelivered recipients are visible, so someone can follow up.
Example. a housing society of 240 flats sends the monthly maintenance reminder to all residents from one screen instead of six WhatsApp groups. The committee sees that 231 were delivered and 9 were not, and the office calls those nine. The record is there when a resident later says they were never told.
Who it is for. Schools and coaching institutes, housing societies, hospitals and clinics, clubs and associations, and businesses that send notices to customers.
No. Recipients do not see each other, the sender is your organisation, and you get delivery status per person.
Yes. Messages go to people who have given your organisation their number for this purpose, and they can ask to stop at any time.

AVGN Infotech counts visits so that we can improve this site. For each visit we note the page, your approximate country and city, the type of device and where you came from.
Without your consent we use no cookies and do not store your IP address for these counts. Your style and sound choices stay only in your own browser.
If you press Accept on the cookie notice, we also set one cookie holding a random number, and we record how long you stay on each page, the address (IP) your visit came from, your approximate location and whether you came back. Pressing Decline keeps everything anonymous and sets no cookie. These records are kept for 12 months.
A record of your cookie choice (the time, your choice and the version of this notice) is kept for 3 years as proof of consent.
We know nothing else about you unless you tell us. If you send a form or a chat message, we keep your name, contact details, message and the address it came from, to reply to you, to block abuse and to keep a record of the enquiry.
Visit counts are kept for 12 months and enquiries for 24 months. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not count your visit.

If you send feedback, we store the name, role, rating and text you typed and show them on this website; a short code made from your address is kept only to limit repeats. You can ask us to remove your feedback at any time.
When you send the contact form, our team receives your details by e-mail and as a WhatsApp alert, which is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. If you tick the WhatsApp box, we also send you one confirmation message on the phone number you gave. We use these details only to reply to you.

AVGN Infotech decides why and how data is processed by AVGN OneDesk. For questions, requests or complaints write to enquiry@avgninfotech.com.
To connect two computers, our connection server sees your device ID, the temporary session code, your computer name and your IP address while the link is set up and to prevent abuse. Your licence key and machine ID are checked to confirm the licence.
During a session the screen picture, mouse and keyboard, chat, files and clipboard travel directly between the two computers. AVGN OneDesk does not store them on our servers.
On your PC only: your recent-sessions list, passwords you chose to save (encrypted with Windows), your settings, the consent log, and any recordings or screenshots you choose to make.
We do not run advertising, sell data or track usage in the app. No one can control your computer without your approval: every session starts as View Only and Full Control needs your explicit Allow.
You can withdraw consent, export or erase your data in the app under Settings, Privacy and data, or by uninstalling. You choose how long recent sessions and the consent log are kept. If this notice changes in a way that matters, the app asks you to read and accept it again.
Choose what you allow. You can change this any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
Remembers your choice here, and keeps forms safe from robots. The site cannot work properly without these.
Counts that a page was opened: the page, your country and city, the type of device and where you came from. No cookie, no address kept, nothing that names you.
Sets our one cookie (avgn_vid, a random code, 1 year) and measures how long you stay on each page, so we can improve the pages.
We do not use any. Nothing is sent to advertising networks.
